LIMITATION OF SELLERS LIABILITY: The buyer shall in no circumstances be entitled to recover from the Seller damages for any amount exceeding the Seller’s invoiced price of the goods to the buyer. The buyer undertakes to indemnify the Seller against all claims relating to or arising from goods sold to the buyer by the Seller in respect of any loss, damage or expenses sustained by any Third Party howsoever caused.
